TECH 21 DRYER

The Tech 21 Advanced Drying System, with its SMART nozzle technology, lets you control the direction and amount of airflow required to get the best drying results. As a member of MacNeil's Prep Team of products, the Tech 21 decreases the high cost of manual prep labor. Available in 20, 30 or 40 HP packages or as a custom Pro-Build System, the Tech 21 offers flexibility. It can be ordered to suit horsepower needs and specific customer profiles through system packages, or as a Pro-Build system, or a combination of both. Top nozzles can be programmed to eliminate water on the fronts, tops, and backs of vehicles while smart side nozzles are used to maximize side window and mirror drying.

The Evolution RS-1000 top brush is a clean, simple piece of equipment that can outperform any mitter. It cleans problem areas such as windshield eyebrows, front grills and upper rear window areas. The revolutionary Envirosoft 2nd Generation foam is what makes this brushwork. Its gentle, forgiving and high performance features allow the Evolution to be the most powerful piece of top cleaning equipment on the market today. 

The Evolution is easy to install and requires very little maintenance. It is gentler and much quieter than a mitter, yet has more cleaning power. And because of its versatile cantilever design, the Evolution can be mounted on either side of the wash bay.
